a tendency to do more than expected, just to feel at ease,
rest that never feels completely allowed.
Maybe you live a life that works, but you are tired of constantly holding yourself.
And now, you begin to wonder: is there another way?

Moving through life differently, through three simple, essential movements…
with more trust, more clarity, and less effort, whatever the area.
The mind tries to protect you by holding on to beliefs about who you are and how life should work. You learn to recognize these beliefs as they arise and change the false story you tell yourself to come back to your truth in the moment.
Little by little, you open yourself to another way of being and responding to life.
Releasing
Beneath the beliefs, there is something steady. An inner wisdom. I name it Inner Light.
It speaks through your emotions, your senses, your intuition, and always redirects you toward what is right for you.
You learn to listen to it and let it guide how you move and respond in your life.
Remembering
In moments of challenge, limiting beliefs may still activate, but you don’t get lost in them anymore.
You learn to pause, return to your Inner Light, and choose again from what feels true even in real-life situations that used to pull you out of yourself. Little by little, your mind, your body, and your heart learn to move together.
Reuniting
This is the work at the heart
of Return to your Light.

You feel safer being fully yourself, without compensating or adapting.

From there, life begins to meet you more positively.
And for some, something new begins to take shape, in how express yourself in the world.
How the journey works
Return to your Light unfolds over 14 weeks.
You stay fully engaged in your life while learning to move through it differently.
You join a 14-week online journey
You participate in 3 live group sessions per month
You have 1 individual session per month (in total 3)
You receive short weekly audio practices
You work with NLP, hypnosis, and somatic tools
You are part of a small cohort (maximum 10 women)
The structure fits into a demanding life, but it also requires commitment.
The group sessions
In the group sessions, you learn the process. You raise your awareness. You deepen your capacity to recognize what is at play within you.
The 90-min individual sessions
In the individual sessions, you anchor the process into your reality. We work with what is concrete, alive, and specific to you.
This is where what opens within you begins to take a real form in your life.
The practices
The meditations, NLP, and somatic tools support sustainable transformation. You don’t accumulate techniques.
You integrate a new way of relating to yourself and to life.
