Hello,
I work with people who have built their lives and careers through the strength of their mind.
They are capable, committed, and deeply responsible.
They’ve learned to hold a lot, and to do it well.
And at some point, many begin to sense that the way they’ve been operating no longer fully reflects who they are becoming.
Over the years, I’ve accompanied more than 1,400 people - most often women - through phases of higher responsibility, individually and within organisations, often in high-stakes contexts.
This work has taken place internationally, including long-term programs developed for the Fondation L’Oréal, in partnership with UNESCO.
What matters to me is freedom, not dependency.
I don’t work so that people rely on me.
I work so they can rely on themselves, on their inner truth, their inner compass in everyday life and work.
I continue to train and grow each year, because who I am matters in how I work with others.
Generosity is also part of my path: each year, I offer one woman a ten-month 1:1 journey, alongside other forms of pro bono support, when it feels right.
My way of working is intuitive and grounded.
I simplify what has become overcomplicated.
I name patterns clearly, without pressure or force.
I create spaces where people feel safe enough to stop overperforming and start listening to what is true for them.
In 2015, my own way of living and working reached a limit.
I was exhausted, carrying everything professionally and personally.
I couldn’t admit it.
So came a medical emergency.
Symptoms of a cerebral stroke.
Neurologists.
And one very deep fear: dying, and not being there for my children.
At the time, I experienced it as a failure.
Later, I understood it as a rupture and a return.
It brought me back to what was true.
Since then, vigilance and the over-functioning, self-dimming, and constant self-monitoring that came with it no longer lead my way.
My inner light does.
Direction became clearer.
I stopped fighting myself.
Life responds with less resistance and more cooperation.
This doesn’t mean the absence of challenges.
I meet them.
Each time, I choose to return to what is true for me.
And each time, something becomes clearer about myself, and about the direction I’m taking.
Joy matters to me.
Self-love matters.
Inner harmony matters.
I feel fulfilled not because everything is easy,
but because I’m no longer living against myself.
