What Inner Coherence is

Inner Coherence is a self-paced online program unfolding over seven sessions for people who want to continue carrying responsibility without constantly pushing against themselves.

This program supports recognising the patterns most common for high achievers, softening them, and restoring a more coherent way of functioning, while continuing to work efficiently.

It’s a space to restore a stable inner coherence, from which external situations naturally rebalance.

High achievers are rarely limited by capability.

Return to Inner Coherence helps you progressively restore a clear and stable inner state, from which leadership becomes natural.
The journey unfolds in three movements.

About the program

Inner Coherence has been experienced live by more than 860 women, internationally, in high-stakes contexts of responsibility or leadership.

How it works

Return to Inner Coherence is made of 7 self-paced sessions that you can access online and return to whenever you need.

Each session lasts 30 to 40 minutes and is guided and focused.

For every session, you can download the workbook with the key insights and the tool to practice.

You also get access to essential meditations and practical tools that help you navigate challenges at work and return to a more coherent inner state.
