What Inner Coherence is
Inner Coherence is a four-month online group journey unfolding over eight sessions for people who want to continue carrying responsibility without constantly pushing against themselves.
This program supports recognising the patterns most common for high achievers, softening them, and restoring a more coherent way of functioning, while continuing to work efficiently.
This is not a program to feel better or to perform more.
It’s a space to restore a stable inner coherence, from which external situations naturally rebalance.

How we work
Inner Coherence is an online group journey structured around eight live sessions over four months.
Each session lasts 90 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of open Q&A.
The session itself is guided and focused; the Q&A creates space to connect what emerges to real-life situations, questions, and decisions.
You receive a workbook, updated session after session.
It supports reflection and integration between sessions, without adding extra work or homework.
As part of the journey, you also receive a 21-day audio reset.
These short guided meditations help anchor the work, support continuity between sessions, and allow your system to settle into a different rhythm.
You bring what you are actually living.
Real situations, real pressure points, real responsibilities. There is nothing to prepare or perform.
The group offers a steady and respectful container.
You’re never required to share more than feels right. Listening, presence, and resonance are already part of the work.
Over time, the group becomes a community.
